The Brecon Carreg Cardiff Bay 10K welcomes entries from elite athletes who have met the qualifying criteria.

You can claim a free entry if you have achieved the times below in 2020, 2021 or 2022:

Run 4 Wales 10K Series
The event is part of a 4 race series, which includes the ABP Newport Wales 10K, Porthcawl 10K and Brecon Carreg Cardiff Bay 10K – with overall series prize money awarded after the final race in Barry.
